Ginger EO

How to use:

Topical use:  Mix 2 drops of ginger essential oil (E.O.) + 2 drops of lavender essential oil (E.O.) in 10 ml of vegetable oil (V.O.). Apply 2 or 3 drops of the preparation and massage once a day.

Red Mandarin EO

How to use:

Topical use: Dilute 1 drop of red mandarin essential oil (E.O.) in 10 drops of vegetable oil (V.O.) and massage the abdomen and feet.

Oral use: Dilute 1 drop of essential oil (E.O.) in a yogurt and eat.
