How to use:

Oral route (sublingual): apply 1 drop under the tongue after the meal.

Cardamom EO

How to use:

Topically: apply 2 E.O. drops diluted in 10 drops of oil vegetable and perform massage

in the pit of the stomach after meals or when the symptoms.

Oral route: mix 1 drop of E.O. in 1 spoonful of V.O. of Alimentary use.
