Lavender vera EO
How to use:
Inhalation: Apply 1 or 2 drops to the inner side of the wrists 15 minutes before going to sleep or in stressful situations.
Aroma diffusion: Add 5 to 10 drops.
Aromatic bath: Mix 2-3 drops of essential oil (E.O.) in the bath gel and add the mixture to the water.
Petitgrain (bitter orange) EO
How to use:
Aroma diffusion: add 5 to 10 drops of E.O. (combinable with E.O. of lavender).
Inhalation route: add 2 drops to a tissue and inhale deep.
Topically: apply 2 drops on the inner side of the wrists and perform deep inhalations / add 8 drops to the A.E. inhaler.
Red Mandarin EO
How to use:
Aroma diffusion: Add 5 drops in the aroma diffuser for 15 minutes in the room where you will sleep. Turn it off before going to sleep.
Aromatic bath: Mix 2-3 drops of essential oil (E.O.) in the bath gel and add the mixture to the water.
Complete ylang-ylang EO
How to use:
Inhalation route: add 8 drops in an EO inhaler either inhale directly from the container, so continuous for 10-15 minutes.
Aroma diffusion: 5-10 drops, combinable with E.O. mandarin or other citric.
